I agree once booking is confirmed via email/ telephone that 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations, otherwise the full cost of the appointment will be charged

Payments/ refunds for New Assessment appointments:

We now ask for full payment at the point of booking to confirm your appointment. We are only able to hold a slot provisionally for 24 hours without payment. Payment will be taken via electronic payment link, sent via email/ text.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made more than 7 days notice ahead of your appointment to receive a full refund
Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours notice = 50% refund
Less than 48 hours notice = no refund
