    Payments/ refunds for New Assessment appointments:

    We now ask for full payment at the point of booking to confirm your appointment. We are only able to hold a slot provisionally for 24 hours without payment. Payment will be taken via electronic payment link, sent via email/ text.

    Cancellation policy:
    Cancellations must be made more than 7 days notice ahead of your appointment to receive a full refund
    Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours notice = 50% refund
    Less than 48 hours notice = no refund

    Refund Policy
    We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
    Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 1 month (30 days) before the course start date are eligible for a 100% refund.

    Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

    No Refund: Cancellations made less than 2 weeks (14 days) before the course start date are not eligible for any refund.

    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at info@pelviced.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
